The supply and installation of Lightweight Steel Framing, Rainscreen Cladding (Aluminium, Terracotta, Stone, Timber, High Pressure Laminate etc), External Wall Insulation, Render Systems and Bespoke Architectural Metalwork including a wide variety of balustrades, balconies and staircases.

Lightweight Steel Framing - The use of light gauge galvanised steel frame construction has become firmly established in the UK as a fast track method of construction to provide the internal skin of your external wall. Simco EFS design and install their own approved lightweight steel framing system.

Design

Simco EFS offers a full comprehensive in-house CAD design team who are using technologically advanced software to produce a full 3D representation when required which includes complex graphical image rendering and CGI flythroughs.

Inclusive of necessary structural/thermal calculations, robust details and £5 million Professional Indemnity insurance.

Our team has extensive real-world CAD design experience within the cladding facade industry and provide fully coordinated design and details for all types of projects, with the knowledge and expertise to provide bespoke CAD designs where required.

Metalwork

Simco EFS provide beskpoke design solutions for all types of Architectural Metalwork such as balustrades, balconies, staircases and handrails, all formed by skilled operatives in a range of materials and finishes to meet the most demanding of specifications.

We design and work in all metals and offer a full range of quality finishes together with associated joinery and a vast array of infill panels from coloured glass to perforated metal; plus bespoke designs where required.

All of our products are covered by our company insurances and are manufactured from approved and tested materials to comply with current building regulations.
